Commenter Jay Currie takes a moment to say:
Be persistent. Be public. Quote Borovoy. Cite the Steyn matter but also Catholic Insight.
Write, email and show up. Many MPs have New Years levees. Go and ask when the CHRC’s funding will be cut off. Point out that the CHRC has ceased to reflect Canadian values.
Rinse and repeat. It killed the copyright legislation.

Brilliant advice. Also write the PM, and the Canadian Attorney General the Hon. Rob Nicholson, plus Canadian MPs [Members Of Parliament; by postal code; a customizable version]. Write a letter to the editor of your local or national newspaper: Contact Canadian newspapers.
Remember to cc/ bcc everything all over the place, and to us & Mark Steyn; but also remember to leaders write via snail-mail and not via an e-mail form-letter. Inside Canada, it’s free to mail stuff to Parliament. Politely, but frequently & forcibly. Apply, lather, rinse, repeat.
Oh, and there’s too much news (hot & fre-e-e-esh) just up over at our regular blog site. Muwahahahahaaaaa.
Binkses

Well if I were the indomitable Mr Steyn, and I ever got called before this half baked kangaroo court, I think I would appear in full Arab garb wearing sunglasses and munch on a ham sandwich during the entire proceedings….whereupon the chair-man/person/whatever would no doubt declare pompously “Sir you are in contempt of this body”….and Mr Steyn would of course reply, “Well it certainly took you long enough to notice….you have a firm grasp of the obvious.”
