Go to your original post and click on whatever determines the date and time for your post. Don’t know where that would be on Word Press, though. Change the date and time to some date in the future and the column of links will stay at the top of your blog.

Check for things like accidentally un-closed DIV or P tags in previous postings. Usually, when my blog’s WordPress sidebar goes wonky, that is the reason why.
