~ FRESH COYNE— Liveblogging the BC Human Rights Tribunal—Day I, Part II .. (Macleans)
~ VIA STEYN.. SHOW TRIAL LIVE! SOCK PUPPET ON THE STAND — Andrew Coyne live-blogs the British Columbia “Human Rights” Tribunal – and, from this morning’s coverage, the New York Times guy “can’t believe what he’s witnessing”. Plus more “counterfeit court” coverage from Ezra Levant; media expertise in action (this is a good indicator of how tomorrow’s press reports will go); and Jay Currie on the Steyn Follies .. (SteynOnline)

~ A REMINDER: Khurrum Awan tries to throw his weight around with MP Jason Kenney. Just as an FYI, it turns out Sock-Puppet Khurrum is articling with Canadian Islamic Congress law-stud Faisal Joseph, who is also handling the Maclean’s/ Steyn complaint, on which said Khurrum is also offering his same old song and dance as a witness to the guilt of the unspeakable Steyn & the mean Maclean’s .. Humpty Dumpty Goes To Court
‘When I use a word,’ Humpty Dumpty said, in a rather scornful tone,’ it means just what I choose it to mean, neither more nor less.’
‘The question is,’ said Alice, ‘whether you can make words mean so many different things.’
‘The question is,’ said Humpty Dumpty, ‘which is to be master – that’s all.’
Alice was too much puzzled to say anything; so after a minute Humpty Dumpty began again. ‘They’ve a temper, some of them – particularly verbs: they’re the proudest – adjectives you can do anything with, but not verbs – however, I can manage the whole lot of them! Impenetrability! That’s what I say!’

We have a Dumpty Down Situation here!
Trial Day 1
The HRC Dumpties will be hard at work over the next week, proving Steyn is a Very Bad Person, not really of the pure Canuckstinian volk and truethink; and that the HRCs are a very good thing, without which we have our old enemies anarchy and chaos and Nazis. In the streets. With offensive placards. Or something like that.
Some things we know:
- Steyn will be found guilty after a ‘fair’ trial
- ‘Judge’ MacNaughton? Just the Looniest possible ‘judge’ of the looniest HRC jurisdiction, British Columbia
- Moments of Justice are not to be expected except as a pleasant surprise
- This is a great moment to expose all of this in detail for what it is: let them do their worst
Spread the word about the trial & blog-links; write your MP and other elected officials; stand up for this good land of Canada against the accidental shackles of soft-totalitarianism into which we’ve stumbled and been led.
The truth will out; but good people of good will must act together. May this be the last hurrah of these particular kangaroos, and may we use this danger to prompt us to stand on guard for Canada, her people and freedoms, to prevent this sort of evil in the future.

I’m writing because I know that you are interested in the subject of Human Rights Commissions and I just wanted to give you an update as to what actions I am taking concerning this subject.
I have been following this situation over the past months and due to what has been reported in the news media and the great interest that this issue has generated amongst constituents like yourself. I have come to the conclusion that this issue merits further study. That is why I have submitted a motion to the clerk of the Justice Committee, of which I am a member, to review the mandate and operations of the Canadian Human Rights Commission and the application and interpretation of section 13 of the Canadian Human Rights Act.
I know that I have the support of my Conservative colleagues on the committee for this review, however in order for my motion to pass I need the support of at least one other committee member. If my motion passes the committee will study these matters and submit a report to the House of Commons, which will include any proposed amendments to the Canadian Human Rights Act that arise from the Committee’s deliberation.
Thank you for taking the time to write me. If you have any further comments or concerns, please feel free to contact me at my community office at 905-934-6767 or by e-mail at email@example.com.
