The mediacrats deem Christians evil rich hypocrites, theocrats, and wimps– they also know that Muslims may bomb or kill or violently protest any negative news-coverage of their war on Christianity, Israel, America, and the West. After all, for Western liberal elites, authentic and vibrant Christianity is the greatest enemy.

So while the international death-count rises, and Christian martyrs in Turkey pile up, we get no orchestrated pro-Christian campaign to compare with the recent Gaza Fauxtilla orgy of boohoo.

Honest Mo’s Odds & Ends Emporium

Muhammed the travelling salesman was used to picking up odds and ends– so his “religion” is a hodge-podge of Byzantine and Nestorian Christian doctrines and practices, alongside bits of 7th-century Judaism, pre-Islamic moon-worship, meteor-worship, and whatever else came to hand.

Included in the pilferage is the Greek word ‘martyr’– originally a legal term meaning ‘witness’, taken up by Christians according to the teaching of Christ that they would be his witnesses throughout the world, possibly to the point of holy death as a witness and testimony of their faith. Jesus himself; John the Baptist; Stephen the first martyr; most of the original apostles were murdered or executed, and so the tide of blood continues from then until this very day.

Muhammed and his successors uglified the term to mean dying in war or terrorism against the enemies of Islam: inverting the spiritual and outward meaning entirely from being a sufferer for Jesus, to being a killer for Allah slain in the course of conflict. Jihad has always meant holy war– whether or not it means inward struggles and such is a matter of lying to conceal the true nature of Islam for some of its modern exponents (like Tariq Ramadan). hence the recent headline Turkey honors flotilla ‘martyrs’.. i.e. those shot whilst trying to kill representatives of the Israeli government enforcing a legal blockade in wartime.

Contrast & Compare

Luigi Padovese is a martyr: slain for his love of Jesus, not for his murdering in the alleged name of God. The murderer in question– another member of the religion We Dare Not Discuss Or Criticize In The Media– will no doubt plead insanity, even whilst having done his butchery in the name of his deity, like millions of Muhammed’s followers before him, and as occurs every day around the world.

So the Western media will– half-fearful, half self-deceived– aid and abet the religion of blood as it attacks Those Evil Christers, forgetting that such appeasement and dishonesty is very useful to the Jihad, and part of the doom or enslavement intended for all defiers of Allah.

Pray for the repose of Luigi Padovese, and comfort for his family and flock; and if you are Christian, pray God’s forgiveness and transforming love upon his alleged murderer. He is in spiritual darkness and enslaved by a hate-filled supremacist religion– he needs God’s love to snatch him from the very jaws of hell yawing about him.

Until the Western chattering classes begin to see with open eyes what is happening to Christianity world-wide, they cannot understand or tell aright the tale of our times, or the meaning of such events. So leftist-dominated journalism will remain in the category of useful idiots, appeasers, or even aiding and abetting the enemies of the Left, the Right– all of Western civilization as itself.

Now, in the spirit of the thing, I think we all need to be privateers in response to the barbarians. Within the law, but– shall we say– energetic in response. “I say: those chaps appear to be trying to kill us– shall we have at them?” Like Russell Crowe’s Captain Aubrey– violins & cannon.

This is a call to fight with words, video, letters, fact-checking and pushing back on the double-tide of West-haters from within and totalitarian Islamists from without.

Thus, a fact-checking magnum opus like Caroline Fourest’s Brother Tariq: The Doublespeak of Tariq Ramadan is a real gift to those opposed to the nuanced neo-jihad. Tariq’s grandfather invented the Muslim Brotherhood, the programming of modern Jihadism; his father infested Palestine with Jew-hunting squads, then set up militant Islamist centres throughout Europe to spread soft-jihad and militant supremacist Islam. Tariq does the same, speaking cuddles and soft-soap to gullible Westerners, and the full meal-deal to his supremacist fans.

It looks like Jamie Glazov’s 2009 book United in Hate: The Left’s Romance with Tyranny and Terror was more than timely– the next stage in the Muslim Brotherhood Master-Plan may be unfolding before us. That is, instead of merely pandering, covering up, excusing, apologizing, and otherwise aiding and abetting the octopus of the international anti-Western Jihad– instead of that, parts of the anti-Western totalitarian Left may be joining hands with the totalitarian Jihad, each using the other and cooperating to attack Israel, America, Christianity, or whatever else defies the utopian or Jihadi project.

Der Good Old Days

In the same way, the Nazis and militant Muslims found common cause in the hatred and mass-murder of Jews in the 1930s and onwards as exemplified in the relationship between the Grand Mufti of Jerusalem (Amin Al-Husseini) and Adolf Hitler. Amin got his hate on early as a Turkish Army Officer during the second phase of the Armenian Genocide, and inspiring small-scale massacres of Jews in Palestine in the 1920s.

As an Islamo-Nazi, the Mufti preached his anti-semitic, pro-Nazi message on German radio broadcasts to the Middle East. On a visit to Auschwitz, he reportedly admonished the guards running the gas chambers to work more diligently. He even recruited Bosnian Muslims into the infamous SS, for special duties like burning churches and killing 90% of Bosnia’s Jewish population. Later, Amin Al-Husseini mentored a young Egyptian-born Palestinian who would later call himself Yasser Arafat.

Like, Totally!

Totalitarianism– religious, secular, or racist– is a rising tide in the West and the Muslim world. We do well to note, fact-check and expose the fellow-travellers such as those connected through the Gaza Fauxtilla media-event (and even those groups and people connected to them at one remove) to begin to grasp the multi-headed beast which confronts us, with a variety of forms and faces.

The Jews– whatever their sins, or those of Israel– are still the canaries in our civilizational coal-mine, with the Christians and others in line behind them. Muhammed taught mass-murder and Jew-hatred as essential to his religion; the Left hates Jews for the usual reasons, seeking excuses and fabrications– however thin or unlikely– to attack and weaken the only state in the Middle East that is democratic, supports human rights, religious diversity and tolerance.

Getting A Clue

One day– and probably too late– the secularized Left will awaken and notice they are surrounded by no-longer friendly “allies”, who have no use for their infidel secularism, freedomism, rights-ism, and Western ideas of life in general. Belatedly, even some pro-homosexual groups have recognized the idiotic irony of siding with gay-killing Muslim theocrats versus Israel. Let’s hope others on the political Left stop ranting and misrepresenting long enough to follow this prudent example.

Totalitarianisms don’t like to share power, or make room for each other. This is a battle to the death, and Israel & America are all that stand between all-out Jihad (backed by Iranian nukes), and civilization as we know it. The Fauxtilla is a warning bell, tolling the bloody tide that threatens us even now, as we seek to blame the victims, and look the other way.

History Rightside Up

~ AS TEH BINKS HAS NOTED, neo-Nazi or Hitler-lover are still terms of real emotional power; but given the death-toll and misery caused by Communism, why is neo-Commie or Stalin-lover not equally upsetting?

Maybe: because the Left has rewritten the history of the 20th century, casting the Left as the good guys, and the Right as the almost-Nazis. Also: because so many of the academic, upper, and chattering classes of the West were soft-commies or socialists from the 1920s onwards.

Thus in the Spanish Civil War, where German-supported and Soviet-funded forces cheerfully spilt Spanish blood and competed in committing atrocities, the Left considered themselves on the side of the angels, and freedom. Even today, a recent movie like Pan’s Labyrinth by Spanish director Guillermo Del Toro regurgitates the same one-sided account of history.

The two totalitarianisms were like-minded competitors for the domination of humanity, not good versus evil. The oppressive intellectual and human darkness of Communism killed more people in peacetime than died in both world wars– yet the revolution proudly lives on in too many politics, faculty lounges, pulpits, and t-shirts– not to mention the regimes of Peking and Pyongyang.

My recent reading– on the Cold War trials, alongside Jonah Goldberg’s must-read Liberal Fascism— has been a welcome re-education in setting history rightside up, and recognizing the intellectual and political civil war in the heart of the West throughout the twentieth and into the twenty-first century.

The Left has always loved totalitarianism, other-people’s blood, and rewriting the history to recast themselves as heroes. In this, they ape the lies and propaganda of such regimes which, above all, hate freedom of thought, truth, fact-checking, and dissent from the party line.

Communism didn’t die because the Berlin wall came down. Zombie-like, Leftwing totalitarianism is still much with us, whether it’s the Global Warming hoax, university speech-codes, anti-family attitudes, demonizing difference, anti-Christianity, fact-hating, and intolerance of true political freedom. ~

Feminism is a cancerous neo-Marxist ideology encouraging all of this, and the greatest oppressor and exploiter of women in the modern era.

Environmentalism

The other day I glanced at a loaf of bread in the kitchen, and noted it was preservative, additive, and flavouring free. And that’s Wonder Bread brand, for a long time the next artificial food-substance along from Twinkies. It tells you something about the mood of the populace, when they want less chemicals and fakery in what they eat. But what about women’s bodies?

Many Western Women have been chemically altered for 45+ years with harmful drugs, then socially exploited, been ‘liberated’ from family and children, and have themselves aided and abetted it all. Men have likewise taken advantage of women and avoided accountability for their part in the mess. Meanwhile, profiteers have profited.

A eugenic and radical war was declared on women & men, mothers and fathers, families, babies, and the future. The demographic collapse of our society is merely one side-effect of the wider cultural, chemical, and corporate battle.

Movies Whilst Blogging

~ WHILST HE BLOGS, Teh Binks usually watches recorded TV, or DVDs. Been re-enjoying The Lord of the Rings (Fellowship, the least botched, plot-wise), and wondering why Sir Ian McKellen didn’t win an Academy Award for his portrayal of Gandalf The Grey. The Academy considers ‘fantasy’ unserious film, I guess. Not far behind should be the amazing performance of authentic Tolkein-fan Christopher Lee as the traitor-wizard Saruman.

Mark Shea says of modern film-goers:

“The hopeful thing is that Americans are generally averse to “historical films”, so it’s unlikely it will do well at the box office. Historical films used to do well, but with the dumbification of mass culture over the past 50 years, audiences increasingly prefer to feel as though they are intellectually superior without actually have to go to the trouble of learning anything that challenges their dimestore knowledge of the past…. Thankfully, since the Tolkien Saga isn’t ‘historical’, and since it was literary gold to begin with, we’re still allowed via the films to think thoughts, see good and evil, ponder spiritual matters, and relearn the importance of courage, goodness, and the virtue of faithful suffering. ~
